Hydraulic brushing equipment for industrial ducts
INTENSIVE CLEANING OF INDUSTRIAL DUCTS
EMAX is a high-power hydraulic unit for theindustrial duct cleaning
withsticky waste
, hardened or firmly attached. Its hydraulic drive delivers up to three times more power than an equivalent pneumatic system, facilitating the thorough removal of grease, compacted dust, product residues and other deposits generated during manufacturing processes. The system comprises a brushing unit and a hydraulic unit that work together. It is capable of cleaning circular ducts with diameters ranging from 250 to 1,200 mm, with the option of developing bespoke solutions for diameters of up to 1,500 mm. EMAX features adjustable speed, automatic direction reversal and remote control. It can be operated by a single operator and is fitted with a centring device recommended for ducts 500 mm and above.Hydraulic power: Its hydraulic drive provides high scrubbing capacity to tackle particularly demanding industrial cleaning jobs.
Up to three times more power: EMAX delivers up to three times more power than an equivalent pneumatic unit, making it easier to remove stubborn deposits.
Hard-to-remove residues: Designed to tackle grease, sticky substances, hardened residues, compacted dust and other build-up caused by industrial processes.
Large-diameter ducts: Suitable for cleaning circular ducts ranging from 250 to 1,200 mm. For diameters between 1,200 and 1,500 mm, a bespoke solution can be considered.
Power under control: The rotation speed can be adjusted according to the type of debris, the brush used and the characteristics of the duct.
Automatic reversible rotation: The automatic change in the direction of rotation enhances the mechanical action of the brush on stubborn dirt.
Remote control
The remote control supplied allows you to control the operation of the equipment during the procedure.
A single operator: EMAX is designed so that a single operator can control the system, thereby optimising the resources required to carry out the work.
Centred brushing: The centring device helps to keep the brush correctly positioned in large-diameter ducts. Its use is recommended for ducts 500 mm and above.

FAQ
about Emax
What is the difference between a hydraulic and a pneumatic ducts-cleaning system?
The main difference between hydraulic and pneumatic ducts-cleaning equipment is the system they use to carry out the work.
Hydraulic equipment uses pressurised fluid (oil) to remove debris, grease, sludge and scale.
Pneumatic equipment uses compressed air to dislodge dirt and, depending on the system, to drive brushes or facilitate the removal of particles.
Emax is three times more powerful than a tyre.
What duct diameters can EMAX clean?
From 250 to 1,200 mm.
Which brush should you choose depending on the type of residue?
There is a wide range of brushes recommended for use with Emax equipment.
- PBT brushes: For medium to high-hardness debris.
- Combined bristles: Steel + nylon. Medium-high hardness.
- Extreme Brushes: For extreme cleaning.
- EB22 brushes. Brushes for cleaning ducts with thick, hard deposits.
