WALL CLEANING ROBOT

The VCR2 is a climbing robot designed for cleaning vertical walls and smooth surfaces at great heights. Thanks to its adhesion system, the unit can move safely across glass surfaces, smooth materials and sandwich panels, enabling efficient cleaning of façades and vertical walls.

The robot is fitted with rotating brushes that scrub surfaces to remove dirt and stubborn residues. During the cleaning process, water can be applied as required, and degreasers or other cleaning products can be added depending on the specific needs of each application. Furthermore, the system allows for the use of deionised water, which is particularly suitable for cleaning glass surfaces, as it prevents streaks and improves the final finish.

The unit is controlled by remote control, allowing the operator to manage its movements and the cleaning process safely and precisely. It features a working cable up to 40 metres in length, making it easy to use on large vertical surfaces and extending its operational reach.

Thanks to its technology and design, the VCR 2 offers a safe, efficient and technologically advanced solution for cleaning façades and vertical walls, reducing the need for manual work at height and improving productivity in maintenance and cleaning tasks.
