Hydraulic brushing equipment for industrial ducts

FAQ
about Emax

The main difference between hydraulic and pneumatic ducts-cleaning equipment is the system they use to carry out the work.

Hydraulic equipment uses pressurised fluid (oil) to remove debris, grease, sludge and scale.

Pneumatic equipment uses compressed air to dislodge dirt and, depending on the system, to drive brushes or facilitate the removal of particles.

Emax is three times more powerful than a tyre.

From 250 to 1,200 mm.

There is a wide range of brushes recommended for use with Emax equipment.

  • PBT brushes: For medium to high-hardness debris.
  • Combined bristles: Steel + nylon. Medium-high hardness.
  • Extreme Brushes: For extreme cleaning.
  • EB22 brushes. Brushes for cleaning ducts with thick, hard deposits.

No, the Emax is not a device designed for ATEX zones. For this type of zone, we offer the Fortex, Protubex and DV6-EX.
